Delivery

Stocked lines dispatched on a next-working-day basis where ordered before 14:00. Fabrication and special-order items quoted with lead times up front. Multi-drop and timed delivery available on trade accounts.

Returns

Stocked items returnable within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to restocking. Bespoke fabrication is non-returnable. Faulty product replaced or refunded — contact the trade desk.
