Do I need a trade account to order?
No — you can request a quote without one. A trade account unlocks trade pricing, consolidated invoicing and account management.
Do you supply outside the UK?
Our core supply is UK hospitality. Talk to the trade desk for export.
What are your lead times?
Stocked lines next working day where ordered before 14:00. Fabrication and special-order quoted up front.
Do you offer site survey for fabrication?
Yes — UK site surveys for stainless fabrication on confirmed projects.
Can I order in bulk / pallet quantities?
Yes. Sealants, adhesives and consumables ship by trade pack or pallet on request.
Do you sell to the public?
No. CaterHaus is a trade-only supplier to the commercial hospitality sector.
